Ron Daulton is the owner and founder of Daulton & Associates.  He has been a top producing recruiter since he began his recruiting career back in 1996.

Ron's working career actually began back in 1987 after graduating from Oregon State University, on a baseball scholarship. He began working for Coors Brewing Company in Golden, CO. where he stayed for 8+ years in the Human Resource/Employee Relations department. During that time, Ron did a great deal of college recruiting for the company in addition to the daily responsibilities of dealing with the Coors workforce in the Employee Relations Dept. This experience has been a tremendous asset in understanding the client and candidate needs.
 

Ron's recruiting career began in 1996 when he left Coors to join Sales Consultants, Inc. in Denver as a full time Executive Recruiter. After a very successful 1st year, Ron launched his own company and honored the terms of his non-compete contract entirely.

Today, Ron resides in beautiful Hudson, Wisconsin with his wife of 16 years, Jolene. Together they have seven wonderful children; Ryan 13, McKenna 11, Jaron 10, Devon 8, Jacob 6, Brienna 4 and Zachary 1. He is an avid outdoors person that enjoys hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, golf, and all spectator sports.
